Account registration

You must register for an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must notify us immediately at security@fabhr.in of any unauthorised use of your account.

  • Annual plans are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Monthly plans may be cancelled any time; you retain access until the end of the paid period.
  • Overdue invoices may result in suspension of access after 14 days' written notice.
  • Price changes take effect at the next renewal cycle with 60 days' advance notice.

Data ownership

Your data is yours. You retain all ownership rights over the data you upload to FabHR. We process it solely to provide the contracted Service and will not use it for any other purpose.

On account termination, you may export your data via the self-service export tool. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination to facilitate export, after which it will be securely deleted from our systems.

FabHR and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, trademarks, logos, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription. No rights are transferred to you other than this licence.

08

Liability & indemnification

Limitation of liability.
